My son, Frankie, was diagnosed with leukaemia just over a year ago. He's undergone a year

of treatment and has 2 more years to go. He's been really brave but does get tired.
He often goes to his bedroom when he's tired to be quiet and watch his portable DVD player.

Unfortunately, this has broken and I'm currently having to persuade his twin brother to lend him

his. Frankie also has global learning difficulties and delay and an eye condition (nystagmus)

which means he is classed as partially sighted. He cannot see as well as other children.

His little DVD player, which he could hold close to his eyes, really made him happy.

My Daughter amber is 6 and her wishes is to get a trampoline for her back garden she as got

leukemia she is currently under going chemo every week at Manchester children's hospital

Thank you sam x

Our little girl Maisie was diagnosed with Leukaemia 12 months ago just before her 2nd birthday the cancer was so advanced she held 94% cancer cells in her blood.  We have come such a long way this past year and Maisie still has 15 months of chemotherapy to complete. Some of her treatment causes night terrors and frequent waking and we would therefore like to ask for Maisie's wish to be a new bed.

She is currently in a small toddler bed and we feel a bigger more cosy bed would make night time a nicer experience.  And there would be plenty of room inside for mum or dad to climb in and comfort her!

This wish has been granted!

My daughter has just turned 3 and was diagnosed with leukaemia aged 2.5 years old.

She loves Peppa Pig and would love anything to do with Peppa and especially to meet her.

Many thanks Debbie

I was reading through the wishes and would like to offer the lady who would like a new

Christmas tree one of my spare artificial ones. I bought a couple from Argos in the sales and haven't opened them as yet. I don't know what the procedure is for this type of thing. They are large trees so may not be suitable, and obviously they are quite heavy and bulky, but I'm happy to arrange and pay for courier delivery, whether that be to you or direct.

This wish has been granted!

We contacted Laura who posted the wish for the Christmas Tree and she was delighted to accept this kind offer. The Tree has been sent to read the full story visit Granted Wishes

My wish would be to take my Daughter to the seaside for a day out. Myself and husband split up 4yrs ago and I am disabled so getting about is very limited

(I don't drive). My daughter spends all her time away from school in the house with me, she never complains but I can tell she gets bored just one good memory for her would be so special. Thank you C Gorgon  - Southampton

My wish but I am probably asking for the impossible. I suffer badly from epilepsy depression and anxiety. I have tried to take my own life many times the doctors battle with lots of tablets for me but I get days when I just cant cope despite having lovely grandchildren. I wish to make some friends who would understand I am

in Herefordshire either online or in life, I find it very hard to go out. I know its being cheeky but one thing I have always dreamed of is a little caravan or shed maybe in someone's garden that I could go to to do my crafts sit and read and be peaceful with my dog maybe sometimes just sleep quietly. I know that is asking a lot but I often wish I had a hideaway but if this is not possible friends online by post all over the UK or in person would be ideal. I am hoping to help peoples wishes soon. Best wishes Laura

We have told Laura about Landshare www.landshare.net/ and we have contacted people in the area  If you would like to befriend Laura please email lynn@pinkwishes.co.uk

The Wish:

My wish is for my precious baby boy Connor he was born on 9th January 2009 very premature

at 26 weeks with very immature lungs and kidneys, I birth to him not breathing and he was

rushed away with the neo natal doctors and nurses who managed against the odds to revive him

an for 10 special weeks he battled so hard an threw so much, but sadly couldn't fight no more and

on 19th march 2009 we lost our baby boy. After we had paid for the funeral we had no money left

for a head stone. My wish a headstone for my precious baby boy so he has a headstone to be proud

of. I just want him to know he's special an always will be an with a headstone he'll never be forgotten x

The Wish:

My wish is that my Mum's cancer is treatable and her quality of life improves and she can go

shopping again with me and my Sister - I love her so much and am not ready to lose her x

The Wish:

My sis lives in Martock, near Yeovil and I live just North of  Cambridge. I would like for someone

to help out with the kids for four/five days so she can come stay with me (it's more than 200 miles,

so two of those days will be travel). She has a husband of more than 20 years, but he has to work

to keep the wolf from the door. Her big problem is getting the kids to and from school, and

unsurprisingly cooking, shopping for food, doing the washing - normal humdrum stuff. In my heart,

I know this is a pipedream, but I know she'll read it and continue to know she's in my thoughts

constantly x

The Wish:

Get Well Soon Mummmy, love you loads xxxxx

The Wish:

Hi,  My youngest son (8) has cystic fibrosis and endures daily routines of physiotherapy, lots of

medication, nebulised treatment not to mention the stress of being different to his peers. I wish

I could send him and his brothers to see a live x factor show (they are obsessed with the show)

something they would remember for  long time and be able to look forward to.

The Wish:

My mum is nearly 70 years old and she has a very rare disorder called Reynards disease and she

suffers all through the summer and winter with this and it gets her run down so much and she is

now in a wheelchair. Her one dream is to meet Mr Peter Andre on his signings but that even

proves to much 4 her she absolutely loves him she watches every single programme of his and

this would really make her day if you guys could arrange this.

The Wish:

I would like a wish for my Nan to have a day trip on the orient express with my Gramp Mum and Dad.

She has been diagnosed with cancer in her breast, lung, spine and recently had an operation to insert

a rod in her leg bone as she also has cancer there she is an amazing lady who is always smiling and

deserves an amazing day but unfortunately I can not afford to pay for this so I am looking for help to

make this dream come true x

The Wish:

My wish is to treat my mum, ever since I was little my mum has done everything in her power to make us all happy,

but lately all her money are going on bills and she's working up to 70 hours a week, she never has time to herself

or money to herself so I would like to show her how much we appreciate her and how much we love her x

The Wish:

is so good at!  Helping people at difficult times x

The Wish:

I wish my Mum a very happy birthday. Such a brave and happy soul. She sadly passed away from cervical

cancer when I was just 9yrs old..... 21yrs on and not a day goes by when I don't picture her beautiful face and

smile when I remember her tender, loving nature. I miss you so much Mum - I only wish I can be as great a mum

to my 9yr old as she was to me.

The Wish:

My wish is for my beautiful 8 year old son Luke.

Luke was born in 2001 with severe club feet, undergoing countless straightening procedures since the age of

6 weeks old he never once let it bother him and was the most contented little chap you could ever wish to meet.

Once Luke got his plaster casts off and learnt to walk he always had a football at his feet and would watch his

favourite team Portsmouth intently. Like most young boys Luke dreams of being a professional Footballer and

plays in goal for his local team. The real issue came a few years ago when a Junior Doctor asked Luke what he

wanted to be,  Luke replied i want to be a footballer like my favourite player David James, to this and to this day

I do not know why but the Doctor told Luke that maybe he should give up on that idea because of his feet.

We have never once told Luke that he should give up on the dream but this has severely knocked him and he now

thinks that this dream is well out of his reach.

My wish is for Luke to receive a letter from David James encouraging him to never give up on the dream of being

a professional footballer. I really hope you can help us With many thanks

The Wish:

y wish if for my cousin, he was diagnosed with cancer on the lungs, brain and throat only a couple of

weeks ago, the doctors said it is incurable and doesn't have much time left with us. he was married only

2 days ago and his one and only wish is to go to Aviemore one last time to see the highlands, we just don't

have the transport. it would certainly make him and the rest of family smile if this wish was to come true..

The Wish:

My name is Hollie and I am 17  years old my wish is that the insurance would be paid for, for me to go Cuba

to see my sister to get married as she is doing next year and as my mum has had to give up work to look

after me we will not be able to afford it, as I have been diagnosed with cancer in February. The treatment I

am having will not finish till December and therefore the chemo will not of been out of my system for a year

as she is getting married in May. That is why the insurance will be so high but I would love to go as it will be

the only chance I get to see her get married. Thank you x

The Wish:

Just had to say you do a great job well done...
Going through a lot with my Mum at the moment so I can really relate to the letters ..I know she'd like to go to

India and see the relatives and visit two religious sites.. We try to keep things positive. she keeps worrying

about my Dad...especially since his second fall( ..first it was headfirst down the stairs)...I think it would help

a lot if he had a stair lift...

The Wish:

My Wish would be for my uncle Rod and his wife Gabby, my uncle is now 60 and has been poorly caused through

exhaustion, This is because he is a massive fund raiser for his charity Convoy aid to Romania.  He drives all the

way to Romania to take aid over for the young children and their families and drives all the way back home he does

this several times a year. And does not take time out to recover from his own medical problems I would really like

for him and his wife to receive something back in return for all his charitable efforts and just to let him no how much

he does for other people and children that it is not selfish to take time out for him and his wife. I think that it would be

nice just for once for him and gabby to have a break and have some pampering of their own.

The Wish:

My wish is to treat my mum, ever since I was little my mum has done everything in her power to make us all happy,

The Wish:

My wish request is for my 17 year old daughter. She was attacked in February by a gang of youths in an unprovoked attack at a

bus stop. She was dragged into a main road and repeatedly kicked and punched in the body and head. Much of her hair was

pulled out. She was hospitalized with the injuries and deeply traumatized. Her head was a mass of weeping wounds.

The youths told the police they were bored and wanted to film an attack on their phones. She still suffers from back pain, nightmares

and is scared to go out, especially alone. My wish is for her to be able to see a London West end musical as this has been a long

held dream.

This wish has been granted see granted wishes page

The Wish:

My wish would be to be able to give my granddaughter one of these Hello Kitty beanies. She means a lot to me at just 8 and I cant

get out and about with her as much as I used to. She does however stay with me sometimes when her mum and dad work. I do this

as my daughter (her Mum) helps me when she can. This would be great x

The Wish:

I would love to treat my mom and sisters to a spa break. My dad died over Christmas and without them I don't know how I'd of got

through it. My mom and dad were childhood sweethearts and have been together over 50years, I can't imagine the hurt and pain

she is going through but she has been incredible. I just want them all to know I love them.

The Wish:

My wish is that my little family can have some nicer times soon please world. *crosses everything* and I wish for a little treat for my

daughters x

The Wish:

I don't know whether you will be able to help me? I would love to do something to help my parents, a little holiday/break would

be fantastic. Let me start from the beginning, I am 23, I live close by to my parents, my sister Lydia who is 21 lives nearby too

with her 2 year old daughter, Ella. My brother David is 18 and lives with my mum (Doreen) and dad (Dave). On David's 16th

birthday he had a stroke, the next month he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, it was obviously devastating

 - he lost every single one of his friends too -  our whole world fell from underneath us as I am sure you can understand.

My parents really need a break, they are unable to afford any kind of holiday so I would love to be able to give them a little

break. My mum has said before she would love a spa break and my dad said he would go along too! Any help/advice you

can give me would be really appreciated. I love them very much.

The Wish:

My Mum is suffering from cancer and I wish a wig supplier could come to our home so she can pick a wig x

The Wish:

Sadly my nanny passed away last week following kidney failure. She leaves behind a family that loved her very much and

I'm sure the one missing her most is my wonderful Granddad. His family means everything to him but unfortunately, we are

now scattered across the country so can't all be together as often as we would like. My wish is for a Venture family photo

session for the entire family so that my Granddad has us all with him in his house even when we are far away.

Wow this adds so much perspective to life. I have survived cancer following surgery.

I have been so fortunate thanks to the skill, dedication and hard work of the team of surgeons,

nurses, pathologists, radiologists and other staff. Also unknown individuals who have taken

part in research, which has provided a better understanding of cancer, it’s diagnosis and

treatment. I have gained many opportunities and friendships through my experience.

The Wish:

I would love to post a wish to be granted on behalf of my partner, he's had the most horrific 2 years. He's been

made redundant 3 times since last year but yet still has the confidence to keep going head held high up and onwards.

He's never moaned of the situation even though we came close to loosing our home and everything that we have worked

for, I was totally upset by our luck that we were getting and only hoped and praised that things would get better. Yet still to

this day hes in a job and yet again we don't know if he's going to be made redundant yet again. Please grant my wish

Id like to give him such a great treat for being so super.

The Wish:

My wish is that my little family can have some nicer times soon please world. *crosses everything* I wish for a treat for my

daughters x

The Wish:

My name is Luke and I am 14 years old. I came across your site today and wondered if you'd be able to help me. My mum

is 49 and went through horrible  physical abuse for many years as a child at the hands of her mother who was mentally ill.

Because of this she has a severe anxiety disorder and for many years has rarely left the house. She finds it hard to make

friends and to trust people and I help as much as I can. Even though she is poorly and gets upset sometimes, she has

managed to be a wonderful mum to me and my brother and sister. She always tells me she loves me and always helps

me with my schoolwork and with any problems or questions i have. She also home schools me because I have many allergies

and asthma and always puts me first. My brother and sister are much older than me and no longer live at home, but we are a

close family. It would be brilliant if we could get mum a pc or a laptop of her own. My pc used to be my mums and she had it

for many years (its very old lol) but when I began home schooling she told me it was more important I have it. I knew when she

gave it to me it mean't giving up her only access to the outside world and the only way she could speak to people or make

friends. It was just one more example of putting herself last. She doesn't go out and has panic attacks if she tries. This has cut

her off from everyone and she gets lonely I know. It would be great if she could have a pc or a laptop so that she can begin

making friends online again. Thank  you

The Wish:
My wish is for my eldest daughter to have  laptop, She / we thought her schooling have had nothing but trouble in getting her into

a school of our choice, We live smack bang in the middle of Croydon, in every direction we did not fall into the said catchment area,

she had to sit 6 entry tests to get in a preferred choice, she did make top 100 on all the tests however due to her not been

top 30 or so was able to get in on our preferred choice. Eventually we did manage to get her in our second choice. she is now

among the top set of kids for her year and if not ,not far away from been the top student for her year. I am currently bankrupt and

my about to loose my job. I wish I could get her own laptop to carry on the good work that she has done with no fuss etc through

what has been a very tough times for me and my family. I am so proud of her it is untrue.

The Wish:

My mum lives in Newbury. She will turn 74 on 3rd May and has found that her hair is thinning after having radiotherapy after breast

cancer and due to her age. As a pensioner, she can't afford to go to a salon to have her hair done. She has a lady who sometimes

comes to her house to do her hair but the lady doesn't rinse her hair properly and just rushes through the whole process.

Unfortunately this lady is all my mum can afford to pay for. She would be delighted to have her hair done properly at a salon.

I hope you'll be able to help.

The Wish:

My wish is to have a brand new Christmas tree this year. I know its summer and yes Christmas is a long way off but its my favourite

time of year and with a new grandchild on the way it would be wonderful to have a special new sparkly Xmas tree to enjoy.

The Wish:

I wish I could give my mum June who suffers fro manic depression something to look forward to as she has been looking after my
granddad John who has been in hospital and also myself Falon who has has kidney stones and she has dealt with it all so well.
She has put everyone before herself.  She deserves a treat, she likes angels and cherubs which she says helps her through difficult
times. x

The Wish:

I wish that my lovely, lovely mother-in-law is given the strength to get through her battle with cancer.

And, if she doesn’t, that the rest of us have the strength to get through the rest of our lives without her.

:The Wish:

I wish for a job to come my way or some good money :)

The Wish:

My wish would be to take my Daughter to the seaside for a day out. Myself and husband split up 4yrs ago and I am

Simon Cowell. Love Sarah & Jo x

The Wish:

first operation.  She is putting on a brave face because she is a single mother with 3 children living at home. I wish that Tina

and her 3 children could have a holiday somewhere hot.  A long weekend break would even be so gratefully received, and

would really give her a boost.  She never moans about missing out and always makes the most of life, but I know she would

love to take the kids away.I do hope you can find a travel company who can make this wish come true.

My daughter is 13 and has severe special needs and is in a wheelchair. She has Angelman syndrome and is the happiest child I know,

she is always smiling and up for a cuddle. She has a bad scloliosis and we are trying to do as much as possible through exercises to

keep her walking for as long as possible. It is her one independence and although she can only walk a little indoors we would all love

her to be able to keep walking for as long as possible. My wish would be to get a special bike for her so we may take her out with us on

her bike which will not only give her exercises but will include her for the first time in a family activity that we all love to do.

been unable to afford to buy her a headstone for her little grave. Even for a little baby

headstone they want £450 (for an18ich heart shape stone). We would love to have a white

heart shape stone so that our little girl stands out, just like she dose in our hearts.

Our other daughters love to go and sit and talk to her and take her little teddies and flowers,

A headstone for Lola-Jayne would just make our year the best year ever.

The Wish:

I wish for a wonderful and meaningful relationship for 2010

The Wish:

I'd like to make a wish for my parents and to give them a lovely surprise.
My wish is to have a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and some chocolates sent to my

fantastic Mam and Dad who have been through an awful lot in the past year.  Tragically, my

my brother Daniel died last year in an awful accident.  He was just 18 years old.  We come

from a very very close family and losing my baby brother so suddenly ripped the family apart.

I was 6 months pregnant at the time of his death, therefore he never got to meet the nephew

he'd longed for and was looking forward to his arrival.  He never got to be best man at my

sisters wedding in July which he'd been planning for so long.  Despite my parents own

heartache, they have managed to help myself, my sister and my younger brother (16) and

their 2 son-in-law's through this, and both have been a tower of support for myself and my

husband since the birth of my son in August 2009.  I don't know where I would be without

these 2 very special people and I think they both deserve a very special treat to show them

how much they really are appreciated for everything they do for us.

The Wish:

My mum suffers from a rare form of leukemia (Large granular lymphocytic leukemia) and one

of the side effects is severely painful rheumatoid arthritis. I know she is in pain a lot of the time

and it is so hard to see as she is only in her mid 40's. I wish we could have a girly mother and

daughter day together and she could be glammed up to meet her tv crush, Jason Merrells!

The Wish:

I would like to make a wish for my friend Tina.  I don't know if you will be able to make it happen,

but I'm sure if anyone can, you can. Tina was called back after a routine mammogram for

further tests.  A lump was detected & a sample taken.  It was inconclusive but a lumpectomy

was organised & took place at Bedford hospital the week before Christmas.

She had a tentative festive period during the 2 week wait and was than diagnosed with breast

cancer.  She is now awaiting a treatment plan from the hospital and the call for the first

operation.  I wish for a holiday for Tina and her three Children.

The Wish:

I wanted to post up a wish I have just found out to my devastation my good friend has

I wish for my daughter Olivia who is 9 to have a new bed.  Her broken bed that she

has at the moment, was given to us and has biro written all over it, several of the slats

are broken and is very uncomfortable. More than anything she would love a girly pretty bed.  I keep telling her that I am saving up, but as single mum to her and her sister Charlotte I just never have enough money after I have paid all the bills. She is such a dear little girl always thinking of other people and friends.  For Christmas she has only asked for one thing and in this day and age I think this is really unusual.

Nicky (43yrs) has had a 7 year battle with breast cancer and many other complications.

With every new operation, complication and all the set backs she has endured, Nicky

has managed to stay positive and has the personality to care and be genuinely

interested in other people. It amazes me that she is so caring about others when she

has so many problems to cope with her own health.  Nicky is a devoted mother to her

9 year old son Jake, and loving wife to Jason, her husband.  Nicky is at her happiest

with her family around her, and I am wishing for a Special Day for Nikki and her family.
